Bring together a series of activities in which the students have the opportunity to share the process of creating a dish during the Wine Pairing Dinner and receive mentoring by a celebrity chef in the Junior Chefs Competition. This will impact over 150 students.
Offer an annual two weeks internship for USVI culinary students with the opportunity to take courses at a culinary institute and hands-on work experience under the supervision of a seasoned Executive Chef.
The Wine Pairing Dinner consists of a welcome cocktail and a three-course dinner paired with fabulous wines. Each table will be hosted by a renowned Celebrity Chef, providing the guests with a unique culinary experience.

The Junior Chefs Competition & Mentoring Session provides a platform for young chef apprentices, from culinary schools in the US Virgin Islands (U.S.V.I) and British Virgin Islands (B.V.I.) to demonstrate their culinary skills in front of top chefs a general audience. The competition is aimed at spreading Caribbean gastronomical culture by heightening local products with both traditional and creative Caribbean preparations. Entertainment activities during this event include: the Junior Chefs Competition hosted by the Celebrity Chef Ben Vaughn and a Mini Tasting Pavilion.
